1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Picturf has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is expressly prohibited on Picturf:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behaviour targeting minors
Sharing or distributing content that depicts minors in a sexual context

3. Age Requirement

Picturf is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the app. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

4. Content Moderation

Picturf employs the following measures to prevent CSAE:

AI-assisted screening of uploaded photos
User reporting tools available on all posts and profiles
Manual review of flagged content by our moderation team
Immediate removal of content found to violate this policy

If you encounter any content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

Reports involving CSAM will be forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

NativeGems fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and legal authorities in investigations related to child safety and CSAE. We will provide all requested information in compliance with applicable laws.
